Epiphone J-45TM Studio EC Natural – left-handed is part of the new Epiphone Studio Acoustic collection, which also includes offerings for left-handed musicians. These guitars are designed to provide authentic and affordable acoustic instruments inspired by iconic Gibson designs.
Based on the classic Gibson J-45, known as „The Workhorse,” the J-45 Studio EC features a body with sloping shoulders and a cutaway, as well as a scale length of 24.75″. The cutaway facilitates access to higher frets, making this instrument ideal for guitarists with solo aspirations. The J-45 Studio EC produces a warm, rich sound with excellent clarity.
The layered mahogany body and solid spruce top provide a balanced tone that improves over time. The mahogany neck with a Rounded C profile ensures comfort during play, while the rosewood fingerboard features 20 standard frets and elegant dot inlays.
An additional advantage of the J-45 Studio EC is its FishmanTM electronics, including the S-Core pickup located under the bridge saddle and the Fishman Presys II preamp with volume, bass, tone, and phase controls. The guitar is finished in a high gloss and is available in Natural and Vintage Sunburst colors. A standard case is included, but the battery is not. This instrument is specifically aimed at left-handed musicians, offering them exceptional sound quality and playing comfort.
