A totally new multimedia presentation concept unites the functions of a high quality audio mixer, wireless microphone receiver slots, RGB/video switcher, equalizer, active feedback reducer and power amplifier in a single, compact unit. High Quality Digital Processor |
The SRP-X500P is equipped with digital feedback reduction function for each microphone input channel. It can be enabled to seek out the frequency, in which howling is likely to occur, and suppress the howling by reducing the amplifier gain with 5 band equalization. |

Enhanced User-Friendly System Presets |
The SRP-X500P supports various AV system configurations without any meticulous manual adjustments, by selecting a System type from the nine system presets. Alternatively, system integrators can customize parameter settings to optimize audio signal routing, and output audio delay settings. |

Versatile Interface |
The SRP-X500P is equipped with three composite inputs and two RGB/Component inputs. The SRPX500P supports high-resolution component signals such as 480p and 1080i, and also SXGA (1280 X 1024 pixels) for RGB. The SRP-X500P is equipped with four microphone inputs and two stereo line inputs. |

Integrated Wireless Mic Tuner Slots |
Up to two optional wireless tuner modules, the UWP-X7/X8 series or the WRU-806 can be directly installed in the SRP-X500P, making it simple to integrate a high quality Sony wireless microphone system into the presentation system. Please note : UWP Series models and WRT-WRU-806 Series models are not compatible with one another. |

The SRP-X500P is supplied with the Widows-based software program, the SRPX500P Manager. The SRP-X500P Manager program allows easy configuration of the system during installation, including control of audio processing settings, such as equalizer, AGC, and compressor using a simple and intuitive GUI.

Prawie każdy zna firmę SONY, lecz niektórzy mogli już zapomnieć, że SONY to nie tylko telewizory i konsole PlayStation – przez całe dekady było liderem także w branży profesjonalnego dźwięku. Już w pierwszej połowie lat 70-tych SONY wprowadziło na rynek jedne z pierwszych systemów bezprzewodowych, lata 80-te to wprowadzenie [wraz z Philipsem] standardu CD, potem przyszła kolej na kolejne innowacje: zapis cyfrowy na kasetach DAT czy udoskonalenie formatu CD [SACD]. Także w technice studyjnej nazwa SONY zapisała się bardzo pięknie – wystarczy wspomnieć przełomowe cyfrowe konsolety mikserskie SONY Oxford [z których procesory efektowe do dzisiaj produkowane są przez firmę Sonnox w formie plug-inów] czy mający status kultowego lampowy mikrofon pojemnościowy C800G [to ten czarny z takim dużym radiatorem ;-)]. Przez całe dekady firma pozostawała w czołówce najbardziej innowacyjnych producentów – na pewno niemal wszyscy słyszeli hasła Walkman, Memory Stick, Trinitron czy Beta. Nawet dyskietka 3.5 cala o pojemności 1.44 MB to wspólny wynalazek SONY i HP. Na początku XXI wieku SONY nieco odpuściło i stąd pewne „zapomnienie” wśród profesjonalistów, ale ostatnie lata to bardzo dynamiczny powrót na scenę i dzisiaj SONY oferuje produkty z następujących grup pro audio: 1. Najwyższej klasy systemy bezprzewodowe konkurujące chociażby z „osiadłymi” na rynku markami niemieckimi. Poza analogowymi systemami UWP [które używane są np. z kamerami], firma oferuje hi-endowy cyfrowy system WDX [który jako jeden z nielicznych na świecie nie kompresuje dźwięku i przesyła sygnał w jakości 24bity/48kHz], oraz wchodzące właśnie na rynek budżetowe systemy cyfrowe z serii DWZ. 2. Całą gamę profesjonalnych słuchawek studyjnych dla odbiorców z każdym budżetem. 3. Mikrofony przewodowe o najróżniejszych konstrukcjach: do kamer, typu shotgun, lavalier, do ręki, nagłowne, studyjne. 4. Rejestratory cyfrowe. 5. Cyfrowe miksery audio. SONY to świetna jakość, przepiękne wzornictwo i wzorcowa ergonomia. SONY to synonim wysokiej klasy i znakomitej funkcjonalności. Długo nie mogliśmy nabyć tych produktów w Polsce, ale teraz jest już to możliwe.
